Homefix coordinates the customer request, confirms the scope and assigns the technician. We describe only the protections currently built into our managed service.
Customers request service from Homefix. Our operations team reviews the job and assigns an approved technician; this is not a public professional marketplace.
We record identity, insurance and applicable trade-license information before assignment. License-sensitive work must be routed to an appropriately credentialed technician.
The assigned technician receives only the booking information needed to perform the visit. Customer and job updates remain connected to the Homefix booking record.
Status changes and operational actions are recorded so our team can investigate scheduling, quality or safety concerns.
A booking request is not a final estimate. Homefix confirms the scope, price, materials and approved payment method before chargeable work begins. Never pay from instructions sent only by an individual technician.
Georgia regulates electrical contracting, plumbing and conditioned-air work. Homefix assigns regulated work under the applicable credential and coordinates required permits with the customer and technician. Some projects require a permit or inspection before work starts.
Contact Homefix promptly if the technician does not arrive, the work differs from the approved scope, property is damaged, or you have a safety concern. Our team reviews the booking record and available evidence. Any repair, refund or other remedy depends on the circumstances and the published policy; we do not promise an automatic outcome.
Match the technician and appointment to the confirmation from Homefix before allowing entry.
A responsible adult should remain available during an in-home visit.
Do not accept added work or payment requests until Homefix confirms the revised scope.
